- Fixed a bug were the techs that *should* upgrade Star Destroyer 1 (Procursator class), but were instead applying to the the Venator Star Destroyer in the Imperial shipset.

- Nerfed Space stations effectiveness in the early game.
- Increased reactor output of defensive stations and the Ion cannon to better represent what can placed in them.
- Remove home territory fire rate bonus given by the star wars ship enable technologies.

- Implemented some AI optimisation. hopefully it makes more intelligent ship choices.

- Star bases & Defence platforms now have significantly more weapon and utility slots increasing their fleet power hugely, making them slightly more effective against the hugely powerful ships in this mod.

- Starbase's won't fill extra weapon slots unless you star a new game for some reason.
- Defence platforms shouldn't require a new save however.
