fixed emissive's in scripts for animations and lighting , Keen changed them from Static to entity name addressing.

changed noms to trigger only when you first sit and not maintain constant eating

removed extraneous files from past changes and updates, updated DRM codes and checksums, updated subtype id checks, further script optimizations, mod id check updated, foreign language dlc compatibility updated ( bed, noms use )

reverted to bes tag version, deemed that beds and noms are the only 2 required overide tags for other languages, nobs triggers the waste dump same as toilets and bathrooms. using the name and posture change checks together cause the script to fail.
