• Fixed the "channeled abilities require hold/stop" setting often not working

• Fixed Tinkerer perks increasing Defiant Shell's cooldown

• Re-enabled the previous update and fixed magic damage on attack perks dealing 100x damage

SURRENDER OPTION:
• Unlocks after 15 minutes
• Requires all allies that haven't abandoned or been kicked to activate it

FIXES:
• Fixed Rubick stealing Tombstone also granting Decay
• Fixed kicked players being able to get Aghanim's Shard from the Tormentor
• Fixed smart-random allowing you to pick banned heroes

• Fixed Wall of Replica not having vector targeting
• Fixed Mana Burn perks piercing debuff immunity

VOTE KICKS:
• Players who don't vote on kicking a player now count as half a vote to not kick the player instead of being ignored

FIXES:
• Updated Reflection to slow attack speed
• Updated Reflection's damage/slow talent to match vanilla
• Fixed the end-game scoreboard displaying raw building damage/damage dealt
• Fixed Flame Cloak not granting max Fiery Soul stacks
• Fixed Tinkerer increasing Spark of Courage's health threshold
