• New Rapier purchase requirements:
• Any tier 3 tower has been destroyed
• You have at least 15k networth
• You don't have a below average kda compared to your allies
• New Magical Constitution perks grant 10%/20%/40%/80% of your max mana as max health
• Increased backdoor protection's healing per second from 180 --> 360
• Astral Spirit now only grants bonusses for the first 5 enemies hit and has been reverted to vanilla damage/Scepter magic immunity duration values
• Ascetic's Cap is now affected by Blessings Amplify perks
