Just your casual bug fixes for things I messed up previously. Everything working as intended now.

National Focus
-rebalanced effects if Italy was defeated in Africa

Events
-added AI modifiers for Albania in case Italy was defeated in Africa

Localisation
-added more missing texts (english)

Updated Equipment Icons to the latest version.

Decisions
-added a decision for Italy to offer surrender terms to Ethiopia
-added "Extend/Limit Work Hours" to change stability/factory output
-changed prices for speeches based on the reasoning behind them (and if they make sense)
-some formables will now rename states and provinces
-further rebalancing of decisions
-changed some categories (again)
-added decisions for puppets and their masters to battle autonomy (for each side respectively)
-Added Events that can lead to war between the Master and its puppet(s) if they arm Loyalists

National Focus
-added a focus for Italy in case of defeat in the Ethiopian war so they can continue the political branch of their focus tree
-this will impact future focusses with hits to stability, war support and party popularity

Buildings
-base cost for forts is now 2500 (from 1500)
-changed a forts building cost per additional level to 1000 (previously 500)

Ideas
-adjusted the effects of some national ideas
-"Progress Cult" now gives -3% research time to make the other branch more interesting
-"Mobile Warfare Expert" now grants +10% armor speed
-lowered the autonomy given to a subject by the Expansion ideas

Localisation
-a lot of minor fixes
-renamed some decisions
-added some missing localisation

Updated EAI to the latest version.
-AI decisions will now show up again

Events
-added a News Event in case Hitler is deposed

Decisions
-moved some decisions between categories
-War measure decisions that seize civilian equipment now have proper effects (lowers war support, takes time to convert etc.)
-rebalanced speeches
-changed how some effects work
-fixed some effects with Doctrine Experiments
-Embargo now requires a country to have added 20% world tension instead of 30%
-"Finance Public News Offices" now lasts longer, grants less stability weekly and costs less political power while active (but is more expensive to select)

-Expanded Economic Decisions
-added "Allow/Disband Construction Battalions"
-added "Public Works"

Coring States
-you can now only core one state at a time
-coring states gives you a minor industrial penalty while the decision is active
-you can no longer core while you're in a war

Formables
-"Italian Empire" fixed (no more african cores and no new tag, but some more european cores instead)

National Focus Trees
-Soviet "War with Germany" now requires you to have one of the polish focusses done
-"Improve National Spirit" (Germany) now has different requirements and is achievable without going to war with the Allies
-"Triumphiant Will" now grants +10% to Germany's surrender limit

Ideas
-War Exhaustion will now lower the AIs willingness to join an ally in war

Diplomacy
-Conditional Peace now becomes available after 20% surrender progress has been reached

Localisation
-added missing texts

Fixes
-fixed the cosmetic tag of Germany when opposing Hitler

-reduced total number of categories by moving decisions back and forth between them
-added requirements for "Land/Air/Naval/Integral Wargames"
-adjusted the cost of some decisions to be more attractive
-"Invite foreign investors" no longer allows you to get an infinite amount of civilian factories as it is a timed decision now

Localisation
-changed some text for convenience

I have changed the mod structure to increase compatibility a bit and to be be more efficient at updating to Man the Guns.
