===== Quack Bug Fix Update for 3.12 Super Patch =====

- Automated Production Decision no longer gives phantom Dark Matter upkeep when used with Enigmatic Capital.

- Enigmatic Capitals, Starbase Modules/Buildings and Synthesizers now provide DM/DE stockpile increases (ACOT SR cannot be increased by usual global storage modifiers)

- One of Delta’s Cruiser Mid Section has a bugged slot. This is fixed.

- Fixes Orbital Ring modules and buildings being bugged.

- Nerf Final Spark Origin so you start at Tier 2 instead of Tier 3. No more easy Habitats!

- Phanon Terraform Service can only be used on colonizable planets or those with Terraforming Candidate Modifier.

- Phanon Planet Management Packages are now properly used up when you click rather than when they finished enacting.

- Delta PSG should now be able to upgrade to Alpha one properly.

- Some delta/phi defense stations need tier 1 torpedo tech rather than the correct tech at their tiers. This too is fixed.

- Phi and Runic Combat Computers now uses proper behaviors.

- Fixes Delta+ Temples not having icons.

- Fixes Phi Armor Supercharge missing tech icon.

- I think I can hear them!

- Updates various codes to 3.12
- Lots of tweaks and balance changes and new contents.
- A lot of errors have been fixed. Lots of them.
- New art assets, courtesy of Garyx, and Fragjacker.
- Buffs and changes Cetana (The Synth Queen Crisis) to be on par with ACOT.
- Buffs and changes to Cosmogenesis Mechanics.
- Major FE changes and buffs.
- Precursor Ship Reworks Phase One.
- Massive Phanon Corps Content Expansion.
- Economy Changes.
- Many Bugs and Errors Fixed.

- More fixes for the prior bugs, this time adding some dummy civics and country types to also reduce the amount of errors in the logs.

- Fixes the bugs where some hive defense unit checks for wrong jobs.

- Updates Curator scientist leaders to reflect Stellaris new leader mechanics and systems.

- Do Not the Panda.

- Fixes the bugs where various events don't fire if you don't have SBTG submod. HOPEFULLY. This one is a bit pita to test without doing a full normal run playthrough.

- The cockroach is doing a 2base roach all-in!
