- Fixes some Enigmatic Mutation Components having incorrect stats.

Fun Tidbits : Panada is now moving forward to work on some Space Fauna stuffs. The content is still WIP, but can actually be used.

Use console and type "event acot_test_event.37" to acquire memes (May not work if you do not already have some Vivarium techs)

- Fixes the bug where A'merigo Relic cannot be used.

- Fixes the bug where multiple Enigmaliths could be spawned on the same system.

- Moves Biogenetic Labs to Pop Assembly Section for now. (They will be made a different building from Cloning Labs later)

- Fixes issues where Enigamtic Tier Components disappear.

- Adds Enigmatic-Tier Mutations for Space Faunas. They are scaled properly to default components (Vanilla mutations are one size smaller than default counterparts). This should significantly improve their performances. Icons and names are still the same as default ones at the moment.

- Renames ACOT's Augmentation Center to Cyberweave Center since vanilla added a building with the same name a while ago.

- Fixes Alpha-tier Psionic Building not needing Alpha Tech first.

- Dress like a Chiru, Act likes a Panada. Pa-nada Pa Pa Pa Pa, Na Da, Na da Pa Pa Pana da. Na Na.

I did a derp and forgot to set VSCode to auto-update on my new PC so the last few patch notes actually didn't get pushed into the workshop lolololol.

- Fixes minor errors and oversights on A'merigo Digsite.
- Fixes some issues with A'merigo Digsite Events.
- Fixes some incorrect texts for Precursor Assault Carriers.

Bug Fixes!

- Refines certain tech Descriptions
- Fixes leftover conditions asking for DMD Reactor instead of Delta
- Fixes some buildings have wrong categories.
- Fixes Phi Titans having missing/incorrect Mid Sections.
- Fixes some Omega Techs can be researched when you don't have SBTG add-on.
- Fixes ACOT planets being able to be turned into Ecumenopolis.
- Fixes Runic Precursor Citadel not being able to build Precursor Ships.
- Fixes some Sigma Colossu Weapon Techs have incorrect costs.
- Reduces the amount of buffs the FE gets to their armies and they have less towers at start. Overall, FEs should have about 100k army on their capital, and about 20k-50k for other planets.
- Fixes inconsistent stats for Delta and Enigmatic macrocannons.
- Fixes Rebelling AI country having errors for lack of origin/government.
- Fixes Enigmatic Jugg having incorrect reactor powers and not having thrusters.
- Fixes Precursor Orbital Ring issues where they cannot be built on planets that had orbital rings. Specifically, a new decision is added that allows you to remove old orbital ring (or ruined orbital rings). You can no longer build precursor orbital rings without first removing the pleb variants.
- Fixes Panada not having memes loaded when he needs them to secure mission objectives.

===Digsite Changes===

Major rewrites have been done to the A'merigo Digsites in both lore and functions. More details will be added later to avoid spoilers.
