===== Enigmalith Changes/Rebalances ====

- Enigmaliths now are limited by charges.

- When you run out of charges, you must research a tech to add more.

- Charges are capped at 5.

- Enigmaliths now have different stats, and provide more clear functions.

- Delta Enigmaliths now uses Living Metal as upkeep and build costs.


===== Enigmatic World Changes/Rebalances ====

- Fractured Worlds no longer have Alpha Districts, but still gets upgraded from Alpha District techs.

- Enigmatic World now uses Alpha Districts.

- Enigmatic World receives a new art, and is now considered Alpha-tier planet.

===== New Enclave/Corps Functions ====

- You can now ask Curators to teach advanced SR techs, as well as some rare high tier techs.

- You can now ask Phanon Corps to provide SR techs and some other techs.

- Corps can now be used to contact a particular FE directly during Alpha Research Event Chain.

===== Alpha Events - FE ====

- FEs will not have different interactions depending on their opinions of your empire, with some more options to interact.

===== Bug Fixes ====

- Fixes bombardment graphical bugs.

- Fixes crash happening on Herculean's Resonant Cascade.

- Fixes Fanatic Guardians not getting their own unique defense armies.

- Fixes a lot of other bugs that I forgot.

- Fixes Delta+ capitals not giving districts to habitats.

- Fixes Emissary being unable to colonize planets.

- Fixes Emissary and PACs being able to use combat computers they are not meant to have.

- Adds Job Efficiency Bonus to some of ACOT buildings like Stabilizers or Institutes.

- Fixes Bombardment not killing pops properly. Time for people to die.

- Fixes some issues with Phanon Infiltration.

- Fixes some other issues, including SOPHIA not being able to pout when she's denied the fun.

- Fortress now have more modern sections, uses up only 8 slots and their delta sections now have proper hull upgrades.

- Defense Stations now uses only 4 slots.

- Restores Enigmatic planet colony types as well as adding a new Enigmatic Fortress World type.

- Fixes Sigma Disruptor Lance causing crash.

- Fixes some Precursor ships having incorrect amount of slots.

- Most ACOT jobs now have twice as much output to compensate for the 4.0 changes being focused on districts over buildings. (May get altered again later)

- Fixes SOPHIA not being able to cast Zettaflare when empowered by Stellar Heart.
