- Changes most of the hull regeneration debuff for all orbital defense buildings to flat values instead, while others have the % reduced to 1%. (I was hoping that it would just cause the ships to not regenerate, not actually degrading themselves. This way it acts more like a DOT effect instead.)

- Reduces the Ship size of Hyperion to 100

- Adds Unique Precursor Auras (Only usable by Precursor Ships)

- Fixes dummy district on Void Sphere.

- Re-categorizes various job.

- Increases the cost of all Crew Component, and doubled them on Large Utility Variant.

- Crew Components now cost power.

- Mentat Coordinators now have additional functions.

- Fixes issue with Stellarite Event not being fired properly.

- Adds a starting cap to Hyperions. An Empire can field 5 Hyperions + 1 every 500 Naval Cap. No maximum cap.

- Hyperion stats have been significantly increased as a result. Also applies to FE variants.

- Fixes Delta PAC having a T Slot rather than an XL slot.

- Adjusts the stats of other Precursor Ship Sections that was left over.

- Fixes some events related to Phanon Coins.

- Energy Cannon has reduced range but no longer has minimum range (As its a beam weapon).

- Kinetic Artillery has increased range (So they will usually fire before the former).

- Other minor adjustments.

- Fixes SOPHIA Machine Portrait not having machine trait.

- Fixes Alpha Macrocannon Medium Variant uses Torpedo instead.

- On Board Tech Priest, Engineers and Commissar Techs now require relevant Delta Buildings Tech.

- Fixes the bug where Dark Design Event would not trigger due to some logic loops.

- Nerf Precursor Ship's innate regen to 10% hull and halved armor regen of shields.

- Fallen Empire Outpost can be dismantled. Starbase can no longer be downgraded.

- Stellarite Event now uses On Action event calling instead of MTTH. (And no, I did not forget to hook them this time.)

- Certain stronger mercs can now only be hired after Mid Game Year, while weaker Mercs will stop appearing after End Game year.

- Phanon Mini-Crisis will now trigger the Portal Attack for each empire on randomized period to prevent lag from them firing at once.

- Fixes Lion's Pride not being spawned properly. To those who have already spawned it, use console command and type "event acot_test_event.36" without the quotation mark while selecting on a planet you want it to spawn to get it.

- Fixes various Phi techs using Runic red particles instead of cyan.

- Fixes some Alpha techs requiring Dark Matter techs rather than Delta.

- Fixes Delta shields having incorrect values.

- Fixes various other bugs.
