3.14 Early Update
==================

- Updates files to reflect 3.14 changes.


====== QOL ======

- Defense Outposts and Fortresses are now unlocked as part of starbase tech upgrades. Their previous techs are now dedicated to increase the hulls of pleb stations.

- Tiered Sections are now color-coded for easier identification.

- Older combat computers and auras are now hidden once a new tier is acquired to reduce clutter.

- A new edict has been added that allows the toggle of Herculean Shipyard Functionality.


====== Mobile Giga Fortress ======

- Reduces baseline Giga Fortress stats

- Increases its physical size.

- The side sections now have a lot more weapon slots.

- No longer has thruster slots, it moves with a base line speed of 40.

====== Bug Fixes ======

- Fixes Fortresses not having delta and phi sections.

- Fixes missing computers on some ships.

- Fixes Progenitor Battleships not having some components.

- Fixes some localisation issues.

- Fixes SOPHIA not transforming into a snail when she has insufficient amount of hats.

3.13 Minor Update

- Updates files to reflect 3.13 changes.

- Slightly nerfs Cetana's hull regeneration.

- Adds Indie Machine into various building and decision's parameters.

- Precursor Orbital Rings now have their damaged versions when destroyed/abandoned and can be repaired for cheaper costs.

- Fixes advanced machine traits not functioning properly.

- Fixes Mastercraft and Omega Escorts having incorrect number of slots.

- Tweaks Curator Interactions relating to Dark Designs.

- Rewrites some localisations to be less confusing for Precursor Design Dialogue with SOPHIA

- Separates FE Machine's Cryo Chamber Icon from other vanilla icons. Thanks PDX for making it difficult lulz.

- Fixes Cosmo Titan not having visible models.

- Virtual Pops can no longer work on free jobs provided by ACOT (Thinkers etc.)

- Gives Emissary Beam proper error text messages when the target planet is not the correct kind (Rather than always shown as target being shielded planet).

- Reorders some of Phanon-related decisions for better performances.

- Matches the Cosmo Machine Assembly building with vanilla version so machine empires can use them.

- Fixes some fractured planets at game star for Final Spark not having proper modifiers and deposits.

- Rewrites Dark Matter Dimension Components stats and adds custom tooltips.(Still does the same thing.)

- Sigma Anchorage now provides proper Stellarite stockpile.
