- Fixes Herculean Resonant Cascade causing crashes on systems with habitats (Hopefully)

- Adds a new tech that allows colony ships to transform into Delta Capitals automatically upon colonization (Still need to do the colony deployment)

- Fixes some bugs and errors.

- Replaces some else-if with switch triggers instead.

- Fixes Panada transforming into a concrete statue.

- Cut downs on a lot of Delta tech tiers that the FE gets on their starting scripts (Has no influence on the FE fleets, they always use prescribed fleets and most of their buildings are unique to them anyway. This will hopefully reduces loading time on galaxy generation.

- Fixes FE starbases not having any modules or buildings on them. Now they use and can build more of the Precursor Starbase's modules/buildings.

=== 3.10 Patch ===

Mostly for the 3.10 update, still likely a WIP and needs further testing, but it does have some new features for armies.

===== General Changes =====

- Updates various files to reflect 3.10 changes.

===== Army Changes =====

- Experimental : Adds new mechanics for each major country type. Some requires additional techs. These mechanics will be as followed:

---- Normal Empire ----

1. Crewed Vehicle armies now have a chance for their vehicle pilots to escape when they are destroyed, they will continue the fight as a weak ground infantry unit. If they survive the battle, they can be given new vehicle replacements for free at any owned planets. Larger vehicles will also spawn extra garrison infantry units when they explode. The tech "Advanced Combat Suits", previously known as Gaea Combat Suit also now always make crews survive, and increase chances for garrisoned infantry to survive as well.

2. All non-expendable infantry units are now given tags that describes their armor quality. Later on, there will be a tech that gives dead infantry a chance to continue fighting with their autosuit AI or remote controls. The quality of the autosuit army is dependent on the soldier's armor type and are treated as extra free compensation for lost units.

3. Robotic Infantry has a chance when destroyed to survive as a damaged variant, where they will retain their firepower, but has severely reduced health. They cannot be repaired at first, but can be repaired once you get Delta Robot Army Tech.

---- Hive Empire ----

1. All non-expendable, non-small Hive army drones will now spawn broodlings when they die. The broodlings have weak stats, but the larger the hive unit, the more broodlings appear.

2. They get a new tech later on that adds the ability for larger Hive army drones to undergo metamorphosis into a cocoon when suffering fatal damage, if these cocoons are not destroyed at the end of the fight, they will automatically morph back into the original army types. If the chance fails, they will turn into broodlings as usual.

---- Machine Empire ----

1. All infantry-sized Machine Empire have similar mechanics to the Normal Empire's Robotic Infantry counterparts, but with higher chance, and they do not need the prerequisite techs to repair their units back to normal status.

===== Other Changes =====

- Adds some mod compatibility functions as is requested by other mod authors. Enjoy.

- Fixes SOPHIA not being able to correctly identify the difference between a Xenophile and Fanatic Xenophile when targeting for maximum firepower.

- Panada is still not moving.

=== Basic Early Update to 3.9 ===

- Fixes the bug where the event to reoccupy the Phanon Vault shares the same fun number ID as another event.

- Increases the amount of initial and reoccupation pops of PV to 30 (from 5) to offset the potential collateral damage kills.

- Fixes some outdated localisation regarding the Phanon Corps content.

- Fixes the issues where SOPHIA cannot defeat Shang Tsung in Mortal Kombat.

- Changes the Repeatable Tech Event into one-timed modifier to prevent lags or long load times for some users.
