- Fixes a typo on a scripted effect that causes a crash on certain day in a year.

- Fixes the issues where a new game takes forever to load.

- To fix the issue above, the repeatable techs for the Fallen Empires will be distributed roughly every year from game start until they arrive at the 20 repeatable (so in about 18 years), you will have about 2-3 seconds freeze each year until that time, depending on the amount of FEs present.

- Fixes the issue where Fallen Empire Buildings disappear into oblivion when non-FEs conquer them.

- Turn the Light On.

========== Special Update ==========

While not a major update, this patch introduces some many new interesting mechanics and interactions. So it'll get a more detailed patch notes.

===== Components =====

- Delta Reactors now provide 50% resistance against Pulsar, Natural Storm and Toxoid Star's Shield/Armor Corrosion Effects. Alpha+ provides complete immunity.

- Delta Thruster now provide 50% resistance against Neutron Star's speed reduction. Alpha+ provides complete immunity.

- Delta+ FTL Driive now provides immunity against black hole effects.

- Defense Components have their values adjusted so their base stats always end perfectly in 0s.

- Special Crew Aux Slots now provide extra unique interactions, making them more valuable regardless of tech tiers the empire is in.

- Weapons have special tags added on to them such as Enigmatic, Runic, Stellarite etc.

===== Ships and Starbases =====

- Giga Fortresses can now be built from space by stations.

- A new special starbase building has been added that enables construction of Phanon Ships without needing to use the Phanon Orbital Command Starbase. It unlocks at Stage Four and after you acquire at least one other Phanon Ship Tech.

===== Fallen Empire =====

- Fallen Empires NO LONGER has EVERY TECH in existence, now they start with most tier 5 techs researched, as well as most of ACOT's Delta Tech Researched, and 20 of every repeatable techs. But they won't magically have techs they are not supposed to have anymore.

===== Mod Interaction Functions =====

- Many new scripted triggers have been added as a check for Resonant Cascade.

===== Bug Fixes =====

- Fixes various leader-related issues.

- Fixes Curator Interacting being funny.

- Fixes many typos.

- Fixes some other bugs.

- Fixes the issue where the Panada fails to properly navigate to the nearest bamboo forest.

========== Major 3.8 Update ==========

Another interesting update for an interesting DLC. This one is not as expansive as the 3.7, but still a lot of things get added.


---- Components ----

- Mentats and Hive Coords are now a uniquely-equipped aux instead.

- Navy Commissars, Ship Priests and Engineers are now also a uniquely-equipped aux.

- Delta+ Torpedoes have their range increased to 60.

- Two new psionic components have been added, all from a new Psionic Barrier tech.

---- Fallen Empire ----

- Fallen Empires have much stronger outlying planets with proper development, they are also all Gaia worlds now.

- Fallen Empire planets now have maximum fortification modifiers.

- Four defense outposts are added into every Fallen Empire planet's orbits.

- Fallen Machine Empire now have a much better Ringworld at Alpha Core, with all sections still in good conditions. All other outlying systems are still ruined, however.

---- Precursor ----

- Two new types of strike crafts have been that are exclusively only usable by Precursor Ships, Attackers and Lancers. They are a lot more durable, and powerful than normal H slots, but are also a lot more expensive.

- PACs and Herculeans get a variation with more number of units per H slot.

---- Phanon ----

- Phi Tech is now a fully fledged tier with all components requiring respective techs rather than them all being lumped over the three techs.

- More Phanon Army and with one new tech.

- Adds repeatable techs to acquire more Phanon Armies

- Phanon Armies have a finite amount, which can be reinforced through repeatable techs.

---- Art ----

- Some tech icons have been replaced with new ones that no longer rely on borrowed assets. Thank the science of AI Art!

---- Bug Fixes ----

- Some bugs probably get that I cannot remember.

- Fixes SOPHIA not being able to eat pineapple pizzas.
