========== Major 3.7 Update ==========

This is a major update that seeks to adds/fixes most stuffs that cannot be done mid-game first, some other minor updates will likely follow as more bugs are discovered and eaten.

---- Components ----

- Adds Delta, Alpha, Runic and Sigma Cloaking Components (They work slightly different from vanilla ones.

- Adds special starbase modules and buildings that are designed to help with anti-cloaking.

- Herculeans now get Sigma variant of its unique components.

---- Fallen Empire ----

- Fallen Empires now have custom starbases and outposts.

- Fallen Titan now actually has an Aura.

---- Precursor ----

- Updates Hyperion and PAC models.

- Precursor Orbital Ring has been added. It can be researched once you researched Precursor Starbase.

- Precursor Escorts, BCs, and civilian ships have built-in cloaking power (Can still be amplified by cloaking component)

- All precursor-based megastructures now automatically assemble when first built, freeing the Construction Shop to do something else.

- Herculean receives many new components.

- Herculean's Resonant Cascade has been reworked to a totally different weapon, now aimed more towards enemy removal.

- Adds a new Precursor ship type, the Celestial Forger, which allows you to create new celestial bodies.

- Emissary Beams have been reworked back to being purely W weapons, and now have three types of beam, one for terraforming, one for settling/invading, and one for planetary removal.

---- Building ----

- Delta+ Forts now have a special ability to shoot back at bombarding fleets.

- Alpha Sky Shield PSG can now reflect damage back at bombarding fleets.

- Giga Fortress can now also retaliate against bombarding fleets.

- Applies to FE ones.

- Adds a yearly script to automatically upgrade AI buildings to Delta+ tiers if they have the relevant tech and has upgraded the capital

---- Planets ----

- Updates Fractured World, Ultrafractured World, and their unstable variant models.

- Only Fractured World is colonizable now, Ultrafractured has been changed into non-colonizable that can be restored to Fractured State.

- Bombardment will now randomly select from what type of planet it will turn into.

- Ultrafractured Districts has now been integrated as an upgrade to base district.

- You can now obtain the tech from either having a fractured world in your territory or complete the Final Word Tech.

- Void Star and Void Hole has been added.

---- Bug Fixes ----

- Fixes Black Guards not being recruitable after the first two.

- Fixes Reapers not dying properly when they face a superior foe that doesn't use 300m cruiser with 1 main cannon.

- Fixes SOPHIA being unable to buy a new pair of shoes.

- Fixes other various minor issues.
