- Quack patch update to fix FEs not spawning correctly.

- Adds various resources ai_budget so that they may understand to make armies.

- Adds a script to help AI spawn armies if they are not at war, has enough resources, and is not having any armies.

- Fixes some other minor issues.

- Nerf normal Hive Armies (besides Swarmers) to now need pops, it was fun while it last to nom everything.

- Ancient Ships and Ancient Worlds can no longer spawn from Gaia/Tomb Worlds. Only Fractured Worlds may spawn them now.

- Fixes Giga Fortress missing one hangar slot in its primary section.

- Fixes various lingering issues from old versions, credits to Joakim

- Kumayaki.

- Updated to 3.6

================== BASICS==================

- Warning has been provided for players who are using old saves.

- Adjust components to reflect 3.6 changes.

- Separate Energy Torpedoes and Energy Cannons into different weapons.

- Fighters and Interceptors have been separated. Fighters are hybrid strike craft that targets only other SCs, Interceptors are dedicated dog-fighter that target both Missiles and SCs.

- Armies have been mostly overhauled (See Below)

- Phanon Corps Content have been reworked and expanded (See Below)

- Advanced Origins now give the players (and AIs) the option to select how advanced their starts should be. (See Below)

- SOPHIA-D finally gets her own portrait to appear in the contact menu.

- Enigmaliths now provide different resource production based on their types, the techs now also properly show what is unlocked.

- Void Spheres and Phanon Vault can no longer be bombarded, they must always be invaded.

- Giga Fortress can now disembark and turns into a mobile battle fortress. It can lands on other owned systems.

================== PHANON ==================

- Heavily reworked and expanded Phanon Contents.

- The Vault now has a garrison at start, and must be defeated in ground combat to capture it.

- The Raiding Mechanic has been reworked to have four stages instead, with each stage granting more techs.

- Phi Tier has been added, which is obtained bu simply taking out Phanon Ships.

- Current Phanon Tier has been renamed to Runic Tier.

- Phanon Retaliation now targets EVERYONE, and they'll build Star Commands on systems they have captured.

- Corps will now periodically attempt to recapture the Vault from the inside.

- If the Vault is taken back, or the Drop Point is taken back, the other will also be taken.

- Phanon Operatives are now recruited from a decision, and come in their own Star Invader transport. The Vaults only have three Operatives available for recruitment.


================== ARMY==================

- Reworks both vanilla and ACOT armies.

- Normal Armies have balanced stats, but their vehicles are piloted so they have morale. (Does not benefits or deficits from species' traits, as they drive inside)

- Hive gets their own armies and no longer share them with normal empires. They have poorer stats, but has high morale damage and is not pop-capped.

- Machine and Robotic armies are more durable, but has very poor morale damage.

- Morale Increasing Technology has been added.

- Most armies get their own unique army icons.

- Most armies now upgrade to the next tier automatically upon tech research

- Morale System has been changed, armies with morale tend to have better stats, but becomes a lot weaker once their morale are broken.

- Army with morale now only starts retreating if the morale falls below 70% (From 100%)

- Defense Armies can be upgraded to increase their stats. If the planet is lost, the upgrades will be gone.

- Defense Fortifications can now be added to provide extra protection without needing pops.

- Each Fallen Empires now have their own unique armies, both offense and defense.

- Primitive Armies have expanded roster based on era, and have significantly weaker stats because trying to perform a heroic cavalry charge with lances and arrows should not work against space-faring armies. This is not Avatar.

================== ORIGIN==================

- Empires with Advanced Origins are now prompted to decide how much do they start with.

- The scripts no longer colonize planets whose habitability are below 50%.

- The scripts no longer grant systems that have any non-owned fleets in them.

================== OTHERS==================

- Probably some other stuffs I may be missing.

- Who is the Lion King? And when was he crowned?

- Fixes Delta Macrocannon having 880 range instead of 80.

- Reduces power consumption of all armor components by half.

- Fixes various components not having correct costs.

- Starbase modules for DM/DE are now unlocked at delta level from the same tech that unlocks the planet variants.

- Delta Reactor now actually requires the Delta Reactor Tech instead of vanilla's DM Reactor.

- Years ago, I was alive. Still alive today though, just want to be dramatic.

- I give up on PDX's black magic on their Custom Diplomacy.

- Increases the power output of Phi, Phanon and Sigma Reactors.

- Nerfs Dark Matter Dimensional Reactor's power output from 999999 to 99999, still enough to power almost anything up to Alpha.
