- Fixes restarting Stellarite Development project asking for the exact amount of resources rather than equal or more of it.

- Once pass each stage of the Stellarite Development Progress (25%, 50%, 75%) and fail the next one, you will never fail the ones you already passed again.

######### 3.4 Early Update #########

Another giant update that not only mostly brings ACOT to 3.4, also completely reworks Stellarite-related events as well as its economy. It also includes a polished configuration menu that is also prompted on game start.

###### Localization Changes

- Some more locals changed to be less meme.

###### AI Upgrades

- Thanks to the new logic for ships by PDX, the AI can now make precursor ships.

- AIs will now be able to initiate Battlefield of Hubris Digsite if they own an eligible planet and has Dark Matter Reactor Tech.

- AIs should reliably be able to get higher tech tiers now, especially if given Simplified Event Option.

###### Battlefield of Hubris and A'merigo Changes

- Ancient World Modifiers now has 50% chance to also be applied to starting relic worlds, 25% on Gaia worlds, and 10% on Tomb Worlds.

- Planets with Ancient World Modifiers will now have abandoned fallen empire buildings on them, but also now has a hostile fallen empire automated ships and defenses guarding. (They do not drop debris though)

- A'merigo's Relic Activation Power now has independent cool-down separated from every other relic.

- A'merigo's Relic Activation Power now repairs every ships in your empire rather than just within the system.

###### Stellarite

- Stellarite events have been completely reworked.

- Stellarite production is now automated, and is converted through Dark Energy and Dark Matter.

- SOPHIA is now the one who teaches you how to do Stellarite.

- Stellarite Development Project no longer kills scientists when failed.

- Stellarwyrms have been temporarily removed, but the Giga-Stellar Devouvers have been given additional mechanics.

- Stellar Overcharge Decision has been added as a replacement mechanic for the now removed boom boom mechanic due to large amount of stellarite generators.

- Honorable Discharge Decision now spawns a Stellar Energy Bomb that can be destroyed before it actually blows up and damages everything in the system. Any fleets orbitting the planet when it spawns still take damage.

###### Precursor Ships Change

- Precursor Oracle designs are now automatically generated upon research completion.

###### Configuration Menu Change

- There is now a popup at the start of the game to notify that ACOT has been installed and checks for currently activated submods, as well as a prompt to access the Config Menu.

- You can now set the galaxy's highest tech tier level possible, at Delta, Alpha or Sigma.

- The two AI tweaks have been merged into one category, as well as adding the ability to disable Simplified Events for AI.

- Various Events can now be disabled.

- Content Pack Options have been expanded. In addition to removing Phanon (Which no longer crash the game), you can now remove Curator Archons, Herculeans and Void Spheres. These are permanent.

###### Phanon Changes

- Retaliation Mechanics now only appear once Phanon loses control of the Droppoint.

###### Other Changes

- SOPHIA In-game species portrait as well as her synth units have been added as a preview in the empire creation. She still won't appear in-game though.
