- Updated to 3.5

- Reworked Stellarite Acquisition Event to no longer involve any scientists, and is now a steep economy check instead. This is a temporarily adjustment to fix the old method's crash and inconvenience. It will be changed again to be less brain-dead later.

- The three vanilla dark matter components have been altered to act more like a situational side-grade, with actual delta variants being introduced.

- All component stats have been readjusted.

- New modular components added to point defenses and missiles. Autocannons and Disruptors are given Medium and Large variants.

- Adjust Dark Design mechanic to make standard method a bit more forgiving.

- All ACOT components are considered enigmatic by default, and thus will never be reverse-engineerable.

- This is the first part of the update, another update will arrive later to implement the rest of the changes. This update is done to get ACOT up to speed for 3.5 first and foremost. Expect bugs, glitches and questionable balance decisions.

- Panada cannot be countered by Ashigaru's Yari Wall, no matter how long their yaris are.

- Small patch that fixes a lot of lingering errors.

- Also fixes the AI not building armies, which may contribute to their unwillingness to declare wars.

- Sigma Precursor Starbases will have their costs reduced if upgrading from existing Precursor Starbase, and the finished starbase will match the existing starbase's level.

- Phanon Retaliation Fleets will now correctly give ownership of the Phanon Star Command to the normal Phanon if they retake the system.

- Fixes Stellarite Events asking for exact amount of stellarite rather than equal or greater.

- A Debug Option has been added to the Menu in case someone has their diplomacy event for ACOT stuck.

- Booba.
