- Leftover localisation fixes (The mod recently underwent major folder restructure, so some stuffs ended up getting deleted unintentionally.

- Fixes the bugs where AFE repeatedly gets fleets over and over from the same empires.

- Adds Enigmatic-Tier technologies (Which is a tier slightly below DM, as a bridge between Tier 5 and DM Tier)

- Adds a lot of new components and technologies.

- Temporarily removes Leader Rebuild Features for Immortality Protocol because the latest changes made by PDX seem to make the codes not working anymore.

- Makes it so that the Alpha-Tier upgrade for FE buildings now actually need proper techs first.

- Gives Delta Tier Precursor Ships new textures.

- Updates Assault Carrier model.

- Improves a lot of icon artworks.

- Fixes various bugs.

- Reorganizes a lot of files into proper categories.

- Missiles buffed slightly for DM and AE-tiers.

- WRYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY!

- Fixes the bugs where Fallen Empires misunderstand their intended roles and declare War in Hell before they actually awaken. They are not allowed to break through from their mission...that is their intended role in the simulation. Their roles are to be a quiet, moody little grandpa until they awaken.

- Fixes the bug where AFE will immediately declare War in Hell instantly at their awakening (They may still declare it very very very soon afterwards, just not instantly anymore)

- Reduces alloy costs of certain precursor ships.

- Fallen Empire Capitals can no longer be used to upgrade FE-buildings until they are also upgraded to Superior Alpha-Tier Capitals.

- Fixes all the typos in Loading Screens.
