Emergency hotfix for OnCreatePlayer activating every time game loads, not just on character creation.

Fixed bug that would give the player negative XP if they use a hobby trait
Super Immune takes being well fed into account, and now speeds up recovery phase for each minute the player was well fed.
Motion Sickness and Super Immune traits are now exclusive with each other, as they both use the same value.
Motion Sickness now damages you while driving, relative to sickness level.
Noodle legs is now much rarer than previously, removed sandbox setting.
Fix bug that prevent proper initialization of traits when creating a new player on the same save.
Convert all Translation files to UTF-8 format for compatibility.

Completely Re-Worked Super Immune.
Super Immune now costs 10 points (from 8)
Fixed bug that would prevent indefatigable sandbox setting from showing up.
Add New Trait - Restful Sleeper.
New Trait Group - Hobby and Student. Pick one of the traits if you want to have a head start in a skill early game, levels gained from the traits do not have XP boosts.
Second Wind buff - Second Wind now restores more fatigue (from 0.5 to 0.4).
Second Wind buff - Second Wind now only has doubled cooldown if you were drowsy or higher.

Fixed localization issue in Russian translation that caused Thuggish to be removed.

Expand Grave Robber Loot Chance to allow rolls between 1 and 1000 instead of 1 and 100.
Add a few antique weapon types for each category of weapon.
Strength and Fitness now have only a marginal impact on Martial Artist damage scaling, with Short Blunt now being the major determining factor.
