Operation TREBUCHET

Omschrijving


Operation: TREBUCHET (OPTRE) was the last major UNSC offensive against the human insurrection before the first contact with the Covenant empire. Our mod will focus on the struggles of the common soldier rather than the elite spartan warriors, allowing you to experience the Halo universe from a new, brutal perspective. OPTRE is a total modification with the intent to bring the popular Halo Universe into a more realistic setting by introducing it into Arma 3.

Whenever I try to load one of the maps in the editor after the loading screen finishes it crashes and states "internal error: rendering command buffer to small".

@JokingSteak The optre ones use all the different english voices, i assume you are not inheriting from the optre infantry class, if that is the case, either inherit form it or make sure you have identity classes set up:

Does anyone know how to make the voices/identity match the UNSC in this mod when making your own faction? With a combo of american/british english and altian english? I know that sounds a little random, but I'm making an ALIVE faction with halo wars/H2A marines, and they all speak altian english only, and I couldn't find anything online. Thanks.

@HBAOplus Yes, all OPTRE optics use CBAs joint rail system. And the M301 fires all vanilla GL rounds

Hi, I notice that M301 UGL attached on a number of weapons can fire vanilla MX 3GL's 3 rounds grenade mags.

Also I found the OPTRE optics that mean to be used on rifles (eg. sniper scopes), can also be mounted on OPTRE pistols.

Are those settings be intentional?

Hi, just noticed on your recent update the keys broke. Seems the bisigns were updated with a new key but that key wasn't included in the keys folder?
