Layered Wall Destruction - Additional Patches

Description
Layered Wall Destruction patches for ReBuild: Doors and Corners, Vanilla Expanded Extra Embrasures, Reinforced Walls and many more!
The original mod supports Medieval Overhaul but only partially, see below.

Original mod : Layered Wall Destruction

This add-on is not required for the base Layered Wall Destruction mod to function. It simply adds compatibility patches for specific mods, and also fixes minor issues in the existing patches.
If you don’t use those mods, RimWorld will ignore this add-on and load nothing from it.

All additional patches :

Vanilla Furniture Expanded - Medical Module
- Sterile walls patched

Vanilla Furniture Expanded - Art
- Wallpaper walls go straight to rubble stage.

ReBuild: Doors and Corners
- Ornate walls patched
- Glass walls go straight to rubble stage.
- Cell walls break instantly

ReBuild: Embrasures
- Embrasures patched

Medieval Overhaul
- New texture and support for Tudor Walls!
- Fixed the castle wall patch
- Castle Embrasure wall and log wall already supported by the base mod
- Stopped all other unsupported walls from breaking and being rebuilt as core game walls.
(tents, palisades and palisade embrasures)

[HRK] Vanilla Expanded Extra Embrasures
- Core, ReBuild and VE Architect embrasures patched

Reinforced Walls (Continued)
- Walls and embrasures patched

[WYD] Reinforced Walls Reworked
- Walls and embrasures patched
- Fix: stopped walls from leaving resources when killed

Combat Extended
- Fixed the embrasure patch

Glass+Lights
- Windows and Rimatomics DU Window patched

Seamless Embrasures
- Embrasures patched

Strong walls like castle or reinforced ones will never be destroyed instantly.

Supported by original mod :
* Combat Extended (embrasure)
* Combat Extended Armory (reinforced wall and embrasure)
* Medieval Overhaul (log and castle walls and embrasures)
* VE: Architect (log and armored walls)
* ED Embrasures
* Reinforced Walls Plus

Not sure. Rimsort may be doing something funny. I can do a double check later, but I can confirm it's an issue. I don't use Rimpy anymore, but I can check it there too, as it's still installed.

i think just ideologically it makes no sense to have two mods that both list each other as dependencies

@CookieofFish I'm using Rimpy and I couldn't replicate this issue, it sorts them well with the base mod above mine. Base mod says mine should be listed after while my mod says the base mod should be loaded before so I don't really see what can cause the issue, it seems ok to me.

The only problem with listing this mod as a dependency for the main mod, is it causes RimSort to get confused and create a sorting loop. Namely, as this mod -has- to have the dependency of the main mod, or it won't do anything.

I had to manually edit the about file to remove the loop, else it would not sort. A small issue, easy fix, but might be an issue for users who don't understand how sorting/about files work.

@TomJackal I completed the mod description regarding this : This add-on is not required for the base Layered Wall Destruction mod to function. It simply adds compatibility patches for specific mods.
If you don’t use those mods, RimWorld will ignore this add-on and load nothing from it.

i dont have any of those mods but the base mod still shows this as a prerequisite :\

Is it possible make it show randomly different texture for the same type of destruction? Theoretically, multiple variants could be generated with LLMs to diversify the looks.

@The Traveler This is an issue between CE and Layered Wall Destruction since the 1.6 CE update, I dont have time to look into it now and it should be fixed by the original mod, not me.

@The Great Trixie Thanks dude, but I think the mod your're suggesting would require many new textures that I don't have the time nor the ability to do unfortunatly.

This patch is game changer ty <3
I propose in case another one as you take suggestion
Its for Naname walls, i dont know if its possible due to how it's made and mimic hull system but if its possible it will be insane to have diagonal building combine with layered of destruction
