Mods included:

Additional:
  • Exiling, inviting or granting leadership to agitators cooldown reduced from 5 to 3 years
  • Italian unification event that annexes a nation can no longer affect players, due to popular request
  • Join Wars
  • Increased Excess Convoy maximum bonus to +100% Trade Route Competitiveness
  • Removed Investment Pool GDP scaling inefficiency
  • Reformers now support Women In The Workforce
  • Electricity is no longer a local good
  • Added diplo actions for players (only usable on player controlled countries) to freely join / invite one another to their power blocs
  • Experimental tax rework
  • Reduced Power Bloc cohesion loss per member from 1 to 0.5
  • Increase Power Bloc max mandates to 8
  • Massively buffed the use case of Take State overlord action
  • Added a Grant Recognition overlord action
  • Enforcing a war goal against a Great Power in a war as an Unrecognized Power instantly completes your Earning Recognition journal entry
  • Alaska starts fully colonised again
  • Increased base construction to 40
  • Doubled company bonuses
  • Increased credit limit GDP ratio from 5% to 10%
  • Reduced all turmoil effects by approx. 20%
  • Removed extra radicals effect from authority deficit
  • Further reduced radicals generated by high/very high taxes
  • Gave English, Welsh, Irish and Scots a Tea obsession
  • Gave Dutch a Coffee obsession
  • Increased obsession random roll chance per year from 0.5% to 2.0% baseline
  • Removed Services as a replacement good in the pop demands mod from Furniture, Clothing and Food (luxury and basic in all 3)
  • Reworked some agricultural state traits
  • Reduced non-rice farm construction cost from 200 to 100
  • Doubled output of Rubber Plantations and Oil Rigs
  • Buffed Homesteading but made it harder to pass
  • Changed France to start on Migration Controls

@kate I'm experimenting with restricting what private construction builds. Not giving the player the ability to control PC. It's like giving private construction similar restrictions as default_auto_expand_rule.
I found that the 'not already under construction' restriction is not viable since it won't allow PC to build anything. But other conditions seem to be working, just needs refinement.
The biggest problem I'm facing is that if a building stops meeting the conditions during construction, then it removes all queued levels and wastes the time spent. Perhaps I can can add a condition to protect the ongoing constructions.

I'd love it if you could add can_build_private controls private construction. Restricting it to only build according to good auto-expand rules would be great for late game. Especially when it comes to pc queuing 10 more levels of a building that already doesn't have enough workers.

Oh alright! Would you consider releasing an independent Super Power mod, one that would be compatible with your Power Blocs Expanded Mod? I just really like the concept of a rank above Great Power.

Just a question but which mod does the Super Power rank above Great Power come from? It doesn't seem to come from the one by 群星闪耀 has a golden symbol and has its own changes to the Power Bloc system that I'd rather not run together with your Power Blocs Expanded.

When I play in Japan, fairly early in my career, I reach the 10th place in the national ranking and become an unrecognized greatpower.
in this situation occurs, the “Create a Tribute Nation” disappears from the list of possible diplomatic plays.
This happens even with other mods turned off.
The environment is played in Japanese, so that could be the cause.
Sorry I have not investigated. Thank you in advance.

@diarrhea Could you be more specific? I'll look into this ASAP, I'm planning on fixing some unintended mess I made of the country ranks and subject types soon but I'd appreciate some help with what exact behaviour you mean

Are you aware of the problem that an unrecognized greatpower cannot create a dependent nation?

@bill21203 using the other mods would be redundant and do nothing

@Kevin McScrooge Kate's Technology Rework is incompatible with it but there's a compatibility patch for it made by someone else, you can find that in the description of that mod. If you use that you should be golden
