Save game compatible!

Adds an event that fires after you successfully enforce a Liberate Country war goal, allowing you to choose whether they shall remain free or become a subject type of your choosing, with an appropriate infamy cost.

Also makes these released countries inherit your laws, not the laws of the country they were forcibly released from.

AI will always choose the independence option. I might change this if there’s demand for it.

It's not very complex, someone can get round to it. I could realistically do it myself quite quickly but I don't play the game anymore myself and I'm looking to move on, I don't see any point in updating one last time if the next time I'll be faced with the same dilemma. I hope someone else picks it up. Thanks for all the love <3

might be a me-issue but liberating countries as subjects seems to start them with artisinal economy often even if the overlord doesn't seem to have the law, really messes up heavy industries
