Compatible with 1.8.2

Shows peasants+unemployed in place of jobseekers in outliner and construction menu

Should be compatible with any mods that do not change the outliner states UI or the construction menu UI.

Compatible with my Better Buildings UI mod.

@Agzieeeee I've confirmed this issue, though I haven't yet found a good fix for it. I'm continuing to look into it.

I like this mod but there is a question. When you sort by job seekers they arranged like normal game instead of peasants and unemployed. Can you fix it please
