Ludi's Official MP Mod. Version 0.04 - Works with Vic3 1.8.*

The main idea behind this is a rebalance for Multiplayer and also to make the game more historical and FUN.

Resources have been redistributed, there's now new Oil veins in Scotland, China, Australia.4x increased oil available in South American veins, Arabia, Persia, Iraq, Central Africa.3x Increased Rubber in South America.

Arable land has been increased while low tech farming output has been decreased.

Redid starting units to be more historical and added a few more mil buildingsfor Russia, England, Prussia, France, Spain, Persia, Sardinia Piedmont, Sokoto.Sokoto increased tech tier received 1mil GDP worth of buildings.

Persia starts with a much stronger army, more buildings and is not as easy to puppet, beware.New Granada got more buildings & resource buffs.

Sardinia Piedmont increased literacy and starts with Public Schools & Stronger Economy to have an easiertime forming Italy.

Various English subjects start with a better economy, including Hudson Bay Company, New South Whales, Cape Colony.

Spain increased economy from start & starts with Banned Slavery.Japan increased economy & more oil spawns later in campaign.

Techs reworked.

Laws reworked.

Major reworks incorporated from Grey's mods for balancing.
