更快更便捷的创造、管理自己的城市。关于合集里面的Mod的用途，中文释义如下：

去除云雾开关：Clouds & Fog Toggler （去除地图周围的云雾，地图显示更清晰）
无污染模组: Pollution Solution （去除污水、噪音、气候的污染）
房屋无废弃：No Abandonment （没有废弃的房屋生成）
土地资源： Extra Landscaping Tools (自定义：土地、石油、水源的位置和大小，以及高度）
复杂曲线： Advanced Road Tools (随意控制建造任一弯曲角度的道路）
道路精密： Precision Engineering (展示道路精度尺寸：弯度、角度、长度）
无碰撞：Fine Road Anarchy 汉化1.3.5 (建筑电线、桥梁等物品可无视空间距离拉伸）
移动它： Move It 汉化版 （移动任何建筑物，甚至可以复制）
森林刷子： Forest Brush v1.3 (大规模、涂鸦式种树)
河提无碰撞： Quay Anarchy (无碰撞建设海岸线）
撤销功能： Undo it （开启后，按快捷键Ctrl+Z键可撤销建错的道路）
扩展外部链接： Optimised Outside Connections (可无限制的建造多条对外道路）
道具捕捉： Prop Snapping (装饰功能，订阅招牌模组后可自定义位置放置各建筑物任意位置）
改善交通： Improved Public Transport 2 (可更改交通工具运输费用的运营成本）
第一人称： First Person Camera (可以第一人称的视角从任意游戏中的人物或交通车辆观看）
生成地图： CSL Map View (在城市建造完成后可用于生成城市地图）
