Add "skipWhenMissingDependencies = 1;" command now

You can replace Anrop ACE Tracers with any version of ACE3 tracers mod.

Actual requirement for each WW2 mod(you can pick up any of the following pbo files seperately):
- IFA3_ACE3_Tracer_Compat.pbo requires: IFA3 AIO
