Cold War Rearmed III

Description
Cold War Rearmed III is a community project to recreate the experience of the great and unique Cold War Crisis and Resistance campaigns from Operation Flashpoint™ (later known as Cold War Assault).
Our main focus is keeping the atmosphere from the original game, while taking advantage of Bohemia Interactive's modern engine and gameplay enhancements.

Once again, you can witness the confrontation between the Soviet Union and the United States spiraling into a shooting war over the Malden islands, a chain of isles in the middle of nowhere...

Welcome to the third return of the legendary Cold War Rearmed modification!
With this update, Cold War Rearmed III is leaving the beta phase and can be considered complete.


Some things are not 100% perfect, some will be replaced in future updates. And some things are just placeholders for the time being.

Note: Some uniforms and other items are moved from the core Mod to the USMC, VDV and VMF Expansions. This was necessary because in the end there was a huge mess of all kind of items.
So if you're missing an item in an mission or in the editor: Load these Expansions and they should be back.

Missions and campaigns are released as separate workshop items for easier maintenance.

The work contained in this distribution is licensed under Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-NoDerivatives 4.0.

It is forbidden to distribute the content of this package by itself, or as part of another distribution, using the Steam Workshop by anyone other than Cold War Rearmed III Team.
You may NOT use the material for any commercial purposes. This includes running this Modification on server instances that employ any monetization schemes, including, but not limited to, donate-reward systems.
Bohemia Interactive's approval of your monetization scheme does not grant you rights to wave this clause of the EULA.
Please note that the above-mentioned agreement gives the right to the Cold War Rearmed III Team to waiver any of the conditions at our own discretion.

The CWR III Modification is provided for Arma 3 only and is not to be used with VBS or any of its derivatives built for the purpose of military training.
The use of Cold War Rearmed III in DayZ is strictly forbidden.

Cold war crisis camp, great mod by the way, it seems some of the triggers are not activating or the ai gets lost and just sits there. This was the 2nd village in which you need to clear. After the tanks open up and you seize the town everything was basically fine other than the transport truck getting a little lost at times. But after you hear that there are tanks inbound and to evacuated immediately the truck moves northish and just sits in the forest. Thats where things just got stuck and the mission would not advance.

I don't think that any of the DLCs are really required. But since I have all of them it's hard to tell. Try and see I would say. :-)

Civilians, FIA and Soviets are using the UAZ-452.
With only CUP and CWR loaded, there are no messed up MTLB textures. Least not here.

@Mort_is_metal If you want to play the campaign you sub this mod and make sure you sub the individual Campaigns. There is a mission pack, Campaign pack, and then Resistance Campaign pack. They need checked and turned on as well. When you launch game with those all on, they appear in Single Player -> Campaign or Scenarios or whatever for the individual missions like "Steal the Car".
