A collection of growable, light industrial buildings inspired by buildings from Denver and other cities in the Western US. They house all sorts of industrial outfits - small metal shops and fabrication works, printing shops, surveyors and engineering firms, auto mechanics and parts shops...you get the idea. Some are based on real-world buildings, while others are completely fictional. I won't tell you which ones are which, though!

Every asset in this collection uses the same set of 5x2048x1024 textures (diffuse/normal/color/specular/illumination). I think this is a bit large for individual growable buildings, especially for the smaller lots. However, If you subscribe to more than one building, you will save a lot of memory by using Loading Screen Mod because the textures will only be loaded once. If you use more than one or two buildings from this collection, this mod is essential.

They are all level 1 growables.

The bricks have a color map and the buildings have different color variations. If you want to set your own colors, you can use Painter mod.
