The server use the "ark dedicated server version" ->
https://steamdb.info/app/376030/depots/
in the depots section you can confirm that the currently installed version is the one that was provided 2 days ago:
https://zap-hosting.com/en/customer/gameserver/show/457961/versions/
To be specific on the server updates
"The gameserver itself is updated automatically through the steamcmd"
So if Gportal doesn't get the .mod file or gets a corrupt file somewhere in the mix, or is delayed in getting the update, instead of 1 out of 1000(not actual numbers) servers getting a corruption/missing file, receiving a delayed update. Gportal has made it so 100% of their servers have an issue since it is pulling from their repository. We have also had reports where a server owner has manually updated via FTP, is briefly able to resolve the issue, but then the repository over writes the update again, and the cycle continues. I understand the intention with the repository and trying to save external bandwidth and in concept it seems like a good idea, but in practice it has too many flaws.
This seems like the .mod file is the issue either on the server or the client and should be a simple fix. If you need more help, discord has detailed instructions, and after you have tried those accurately and complete, if you are still having issues a community member or member of the ecoMods discord admin team would gladly assist you further.
You or anyone, if you could upload previous version just for this i would really appreciate it and thank you.
Do you work for Gportal? Because I would love to know why Gportal would even want to take on the responsibility of making sure every mod ever created it updated on their server instead of leaving that to Steam. It's obviously a huge headache not only for the techs but the customers who have to wait for Gportal to update.
