Best game there is!
I've never seen my friends so angry about a match than in Zero Hour.

IDK, I knew this game was a cash grab from the beginning but I bought it to myself and a friend.
The only thing I actually enjoy is placing fences in co-op menu:(
If they make more content to co-op I might recommend this game if its on a discount.

I have 400 houers in Stellaris(If that tells you anything) and as much as i like this species to work it just doesent.

In terms of roleplay everything obviusly works but as the way i play stellaris when my ownly goal is to win the game and that fallows that you have to snowball so much and ive never achived that with lithoids, it just doesen work. Every strategy in the game (wide, tall, techno rush...) evolves around pop growth. It doesent matter if you have 10% research bonus when the other empire have 20% pop growth it never equates the same and since the severe growth penalties you get as lithoids i never play them in multiplayer because i will be behind in everything.

Overall a very very explicit experience and a great start of something truly different.
Since it's in human nature to find flaws rather than pros ill only address the cons:

1. The placement of items that can be found is extraordinarily weird. For one it is common to find guns at homes but only in gun locks and who has ..... gas canisters in their bedrooms? Conclusivly the items must have a logical reason for it placement and ordinary houses don't have 10+ flares just laying around.

2. The AI (that probably is worked on) is very poor. I got excited when i read about it and how it may stalk you around the map but very disappointed how easy it was to run away from it not to mention its stupid path program I'm sure Minecraft have a better AI than this. What I especially wanted to experience is a sense of home invasion, but houses can seemingly protect you from even the toughest of foes even tanks. Features to address these problems may be: Dogs that can jump into windows, hunters may brake into the house by exploiting the house integrity,

3. Lack of realistic vegetation and terrain. This is Sweden, not Scotland so I got very board on how seemingly self-evident the terrain where. "The forest" may be a good example of terrain. The terrain is smooth although distinct from the rest, and features like caves, dams and rocks a ton of cool rock formations exists.

I believe however things will be added in the near future and problems adressed, but now it just really looks like they got a good starting frame but forgot to finish it on every thinkable level.

well its really fun to play but you cant administrate at the same level as the rest paradox games and it feels simplified, id like a wider range of ship options and capabilities like cloak for example.
