Most people behind a CA is just pretentious teenagers with a false sense of intelligence trying to pass for a highly educated official when they haven't even got a high school diploma. I mean this gamemode attracts people with severe depression and emotional issues so a sacrifice has to be made but in my opinion, a CA can be whatever as long as he/she does not do public meet and greets in the plaza. That's just cancer."
