Graveyard Keeper suffers from the exact issues that Punch Club (also by Lazy Bear Games) had.

The game starts out very fun; extremely overwhelming, but still enjoyable. Over time, the difficulty ramps up, often for no reason, and the fun continues to decrease.

Graveyard Keeper has been compared to Stardew Valley, and it’s not too far off. However, in Stardew, if you don’t want to do something like fishing for example, you can choose not to do it until very late in the game and it won’t impact you at all. In Graveyard Keeper, you’re forced to juggle all aspects of the game from the very beginning.

If you want to build something nice for your church, you need to be teching up fast in blacksmithing and wood working. Even if you want to build something small like a candle.

The game also locks parts of itself away behind progression walls. A few hours into the game, a core mechanic that had been with you from the very beginning is suddenly denied to you until you advance in yet another tech tree.

The quest system is bizarre. Quests are very difficult to complete, and often require progressing through other quests just to finish the first one. The very first main quest you’re given in the game is impossible to complete without advancing significantly through multiple other quests.

If you found yourself getting sick of Punch Club by the end, chances are you’ll probably feel the same way with Graveyard Keeper. If you’re looking for something like Stardew Valley, this is not it.

Hello, I would like to ask if you trade humble bundle and indiegala cd-keys, even if you do not trade them, I am looking for a few old bundled ones, so you might have a few and I'm ready to offer some games from your wishlist, in case you are interested - accept my friendship, I'm also ready to go first if we find decent trade for both of us, thanks(seen your profile on indiegala group)

Hello Anor Wando. I wanted to ask how you're able to write pre-release reviews for Steam games. I've tried before, but Steam rejects my review by telling me I have to wait for the game to officially be released, and I have one such game right now I'd rather review now rather than later.

There was a time when I thought owning 3,000 games was impossible. And then I met Jon.
