This game is basically more of the first, so if you really loved the first one or if you want a Hotline Miami with a less complicated and well structured story play this, but if you want a better experience, buy the first one.

I am not a fan of the 2D scroller/shooters but thanks to this awesome game, I am actually interested in this genre. This game was simply awesome, you get to shoot mafia, soldiers, mutated rats, zombies, challenging bosses and you do all these things with awesome guns.
