Extremely bad Hotline Miami Knockoff. The gunplay is unsatisfying and because everything is so slow you can barely get into a gameplay rhythm.

Be cowboy, shoot for coin, be cowboy, reload manually, be cowboy.

Recommended with caveats.
Great soundtrack and I love the art style! The shooting mechanic sounds interesting but is annoying to use. Stealth is annoying. Enemy AI is annoying. Dynamite is annoying to use (but funny). Level design not particularly interesting. Blasting enemies and tearing off limbs is still fun.
Cool game to try out but it doesn't stick unfortunately.

Edit: Afterwards I played the first few levels again on pc with a mouse and keyboard and it was decisively less annoying.
