⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 1,600+ Hours In and Still Going: Arma 3 is the GOAT

With over 1,600 hours logged, I can confidently say Arma 3 is hands down my most played game on Steam and for good reason. This game is a sandbox masterpiece that continues to deliver even years after release.

What keeps me coming back is the sheer versatility and depth it offers. One day I’m knee deep in hyper realistic military sim scenarios and the next I’m fighting alongside stormtroopers in a galaxy far far away or diving into full blown fantasy warfare. The modding community is next level with Star Wars, fantasy, realism… you name it, there’s probably a mod for it and I’m here for all of it. Massive respect and appreciation to all the modders out there. Your hard work is what makes this game truly shine.

I play almost exclusively in the Editor and the toolsets it provides are absolutely incredible. From custom scenarios to massive sandbox battles, the Editor gives you total control. Add Zeus mode on top of that and it’s a whole new level of power. With the right Zeus enhancing mods, Arma 3 can feel like a full blown RTS letting you command, create, and adapt in real time like a battlefield god. It’s immersive, flexible, and rewarding on every level.

The roleplay potential is insane, the gameplay is solid, the graphics still hold up beautifully, and the longevity is unmatched. Whether you’re into immersive storytelling, tactical realism, or pure sandbox chaos, Arma 3 has a place for you.

On top of that, Bohemia Interactive continues to support the game with new DLCs and updates, keeping the experience fresh and the community alive.

If you’re even remotely into military sims, deep modding, or immersive RP, Arma 3 isn’t just a game. It’s a platform. And for me, it’s the GOAT.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 600+ Hours In and Still Hooked: X4 Foundations is a Space Sim Masterpiece

With over 600 hours played, X4: Foundations has absolutely earned its place in my top games of all time. The scale, depth, and attention to simulation make this one of the most immersive space sandbox experiences out there.

The modding community is phenomenal and deserves major praise. The Star Wars total conversion mod in particular has completely transformed the way I play. From flying a Star Destroyer, patrolling sectors, launching TIE Fighters against pirates, and capturing enemy ships, the roleplay potential is massive. It’s like commanding your own empire in a galaxy that feels alive and reactive.

The late game RTS feel is where the magic really happens. Managing fleets, building stations, setting up automated supply lines, and watching the universe respond to your actions is incredibly satisfying. Whether you’re focused on combat, trade, industry, or exploration, X4 gives you the tools to shape your own story in a living universe.

On top of all that, the developers at Egosoft continue to actively support the game with high quality DLCs and regular updates. They also share detailed behind the scenes devlogs and communicate with the community in a transparent and passionate way. It really shows how much they care about their game and its players.

It’s not just a game, it’s a space empire simulator. If you’re a fan of deep systems, player-driven progression, and modded creativity, X4: Foundations is an absolute must-play.

This is a game that grows with you and keeps on giving. For me, it’s a space sim legend.
