That way I wouldn't have to have any ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ stupid useless conversations with anybody. If anybody wanted to tell me something they'd have to write it on a piece of paper and shove it over to me. They'd get bored as hell doing that after a while, and then I'd be through with having conversations for the rest of my life.

Another glorious title from the Golden Age of PC Gaming. Lucas used to make incredible adventure games one after other, this one was one of those.

Playing through, you feel like you're reading a deep, well written novel, with a great deal of comedic value.

The game manages to make you laugh, make you cry, make you think again and again.

Wish there could be second game that lasts even longer.

I have finished it for the 20th time maybe and still felt like the first day I played it.

Broken Sword 1: Original Version
My very first adventure game. I first had the demo, played the demo maybe 20 times back then... We didnt have many original games in Turkey back then, a friend of my father brought it from abroad to play it himself but never found the time so he lent it to me... I dont know how many times I finished this game...

It helped me learn English, history and so many other things along with it. Imagine there I was an 11 year old Turkish kid who knew a little bit about Templars. Used to tell everyone about the Templar story, everyone used to listen to my stories about Broken Sword with awe...

Those werent good days for me, it was a tough childhood, but a few games like this made it so worth it.
