Looking back at the sheer amount of time spent on this game, it's fair to say many an hour was spent, whether it was hosting a game world, administrating, being a Farmer, Butcher, Mason, Carpenter, Smith, Engineer or a combination of the previous few.

To say that I'll gladly keep on coming back for more is an understatement, but it has to be said. Though to be honest, it's not always a given that experiences are as pleasant as they have been, are, and continue to be for me. Back in late 2018 when I first started, I happen to have made the right call in starting up a server of my own, one where a high degree of organization, collaboration and well thought-out government and economic systems are in place.

In addition, through the vastly expanded build system which came to be in September of 2020, there was another big boom in creating megabuilds, one of which is featured on the Store page you're reading this very review on. For the Spanish out there - it was modeled after the Palacio de Liria in Madrid.

To circle back to my original point - the game truly blooms when played co-operatively, figuring out the best way of doing things with other people, and having remarkable experiences along the way. While I hope that whoever is reading this finds what they are looking for, know that the door's open should you wish to experience all that Eco has to offer while playing alongside veterans who'll happily teach you all there is to the game!
