For over a decade, Drucila has worked in the online gaming industry. She started her career as moderation staff for a network of gaming forums, eventually earning the title of network manager. The network averaged over 1 million unique IP's per month under her control with communities both large and small.

Along with managing communities, Drucila worked as a game cartographer, guide editor, graphic designer and front-end developer. Her talents are diverse. After leaving GA, Drucila wrote for a national political magazine as an editorialist while earning a PhD in Political History.

Drucila rejoined the gaming industry in 2016 when she volunteered countless hours to help steamers build communities, troubleshoot technical issues, design branding/marketing and securing monetization. She was the driving force behind the creation of BeamMods, a group of over 100 partnered stream moderators with the goal of making Beam (now Microsoft's Mixer) a safer and more welcoming place. Drucila has worked with many well known content creators from YouTube, Twitch, Instagram, and various other social media platforms.

In her spare time you can find her on the family farm, traveling, cooking, making music and spending time with her pets.
