Honestly this is the best game ever made.

Sure it's difficult to understand all the mechanics, but once you actually learn how things work - the depth of this thing is unreal. Diplomacy, plots, commerce or war - this game has it all!

This is 'grand strategy', as such, its in-game variables will affect how you play and that means a steep learning curve.

If you're looking for a game where you must have a strategy and want to get immersed in the great scheme of things, this is definitely for you.

Multiplayer also makes CK2 hilariously entertaining.

However if you're looking for a quick-fix or something easy to play, this is not for you - unfortunately.
