This 5€ treat has no right to be one of the best games I've played this year, yet it is.

The OST is chill and fits the vibe of the game; it has that wonderful PS1 nostalgic look; the environments look great and the characters are adorable; the level design makes the most out of the simple move-set you are given and the main course, as it should be, is the gameplay: The gameplay is some of the smoothest platforming I've experienced, probably the best since I first played Celeste back in 2018. You can tell it was made with love and care, and that the developers tested the hell out of it because Hana, Toree and Toukie feel wonderful to control in every single level. I feel like I could have fun just moving around in an empty room with how satisfying everything is. It feels like what you remember old platformers playing like, meaning all the good bits without the jankiness behind them. I'm beyond impressed.
My only "complaint" is that I finished the game with all 3 characters and got all the achievements in about an afternoon's time, but that's absolutely okay because, once again, it only costs 5€. FIVE EURO.

It's a gem, one I hope doesn't stay hidden, and it's absolutely worth your money.
I hope this isn't the last we see of Lunistice 'cause I could keep eating this gameplay by the spoonful!
