After successfully beating the main game of Grim Dawn, I can safely say this is a game I can keep going back to over and over again, if literally nothing else than just to experiment with new build ideas. This is definitely worth a look into if you like classics such as Diablo. Similar, but MOST DEFINITELY not the same.
Things I liked: Dual class system allows you to mix and match two different masteries in order to create build with with multiple possibilities and playstyles. HUNDREDS of possibilities because of this, including devotion trees, and items.

Things I didn't like: Quest locations are a little cryptic if you haven't gotten a feel for the world. Afterwards, its not too bad. Honestly my only complaint so far.

Solid game. 8/10 from me.

My favorite RogueLike game ever made. It's high time I posted a review about it, considering my hours. Hard at first, but you get used to it. Incredibly high replay value, but sometimes enraging RNG. It keeps a good balance between the two. Once you win your first run...it is the best feeling in the world. If you like RogueLike games, this game is a MUST have.

The only zombie game I ever enjoyed. And I still truly enjoy it. This game just manages to give me an adrenaline rush like no other game has. Great graphics, incredible parkour gameplay, great story, 10/10.

Welcome to Harran. Good night, and good luck.

You will need it.

TL;DR: CPU Cores and Clear Mem Lite are in my opinion well worth the purchase. CPU Cores alone has served me well, and Clear Mem Lite is a MUCH needed and awesome addition. CPU Cores gives me anywhere from a 15-20 FPS boost in most of my games. I have only tested Clear Mem Lite in Fallout 4, but even then, the boost is noticeable. Get this program if your PC is bad/not the best for gaming. Thank you StartupTim, you're seriously awesome. RESULTS MAY VARY DEPENDING ON SPECS FROM WHAT I HAVE SEEN

Ok, so I've used this truly incredible program for a little while now. My specs are a GTX 1080, and a Ryzen 7 1700 @3.8 GHz with 16 gigs of memory at 2666. So my PC is pretty beefy, just not the best for gaming in some situations. I figured I might as well try CPU Cores and set which cores get used as well as priority. As of right now, I have just installed ClearMem Lite and tested it in Fallout 4, which is generally a fairly demanding game. For the CPU Cores part, it does what it says it does. I get a noticeable 10-15 FPS difference with CPU Cores alone. For Clear Mem Lite, it cleared up 1.3 gigs of memory for me, and I got another noticeable 10 fps boost in more demanding areas. This is purely with Fallout 4, but in every other game I have played with just CPU Cores, I get a nice performance boost. I can't wait to try Clear Mem Lite on other games...It will definitley be interesting.

EDIT: I have tested it in several other games, including: Witcher 3, Team Fortress 2, Borderlands 2, and a couple others. In Team Fortress 2 especially, which is very single core dependent, I get anywhere from 30-50 FPS difference....WOW! Borderlands 2, good 20 FPS, and in Witcher? Well, I honestly don't know. It's one of the most demanding games ever made, and it varies from area to area. Either way, thank you once again Tim Sullivan. I will be using this program for as long as I have this setup, and probably afterwards! Well worth the money in my opinion and setup.
