Easily the best AC game in the franchise! sailing around on your own ship, plundering treasure and boarding enemy ships, while upgrading your ship to fight forts, and become the greatest pirate... so much fun! I could play this over and over again. 10/10 would recommend :)

if your new to the genre, you might enjoy this, but i played this one right after the perfect AC4:BlackFlag. One problem i have with this game is combat. In AC4, you could run around slaughtering 10 people on a ship no problem.. easy "counter kills", and so much fun... but this one, is sooo annoying if you get in combat. You have to have individual fencing duels to kill people, and it takes forever.
The graphics are beautiful, the colours are splendid, the story is decent.. but not enough to keep me going. I imagine people can defffinetly like this game... but im an old school player, i like running through town taking out entire armies for fun... ad unfortunatly i cant do that in this game :(
6/10 - wouldnt recommend, but i can see why people would enjoy it.

One of the best stories throughout the franchise and overall one of the best games. Everything good about the first, plus tons of new ideas... this is the Assassins Creed that i recommend to anyone just starting the series. great learning mechanics, and very fun. (The only thing i hate is later on when you get to this firenze mascarade party.. your forced to do this suuuper annoyingly difficult capture the flag mission, which made me stop playing for a few weeks then come back to it later on.)
Overall 9/10 Highly recommended.

Easily my favourite assassins cred (tied with Blackflag). Its so much fun running around rome, destroying leonardos war machines, exploring tombs to find keys that unlock the coolest fur armour. the story is epic, the controls feel better than AC2, and you can swiftly kill any guard, even the big guys and spear ones that were a struggle sometimes in AC2. and you get a crossbow. very fun.
9.5/10 highly recommend.

Deffinetly not as good as the previous games in the EZIO trilogy.. but still fairly interesting. A few glitchy moments with climbing, but nothing to worry about. Following the memories of Altiar is a fascinating and fun experience. The story is short, but thats kay. The final chase and battle while parasailing is the coolest feature ive seen in this series. The hookblade is a neat adition, but my favourite part is being able to swiftly kill enemies.. until later on when these robed guards come into play that can counter anything you do.
Overall 7/10 middle ground for assassins creed.

I love the assassins creed franchise.. but i have never recommended this game nor AC: Rogue to anyone. During your time playing Haytham, there are so many glitches in the game.. i had to restart a mission 4 times because the NPCs that were supposed to kill the enemies wouldnt, and i wasnt allowed to fight. Also, if you plan on using a controller... THINK AGAIN! the setting to change the control buttons doesnt work.. which is infuriating when your stuck using buttons that make no sense. On top of this, connor is one of the lamest assassin characters ive played, with no personality or exciting traits. And the combat style is quite frustrating sometimes. This is ASSASSINS creed, so your counter kills should be swift one shots (like in Brotherhood and Revelations) but instead its a 5 second drawn out animation of him repeatedly stabbing a man with his tomahawk. :/
Theres also problems with viewpoints, and making the character slide off of roofs.. as well one of the most infuriating aspects of the game.. the notoriety, which is impossible to track, and even harder to get rid of. and even if u have 1 star, you cant accomplish anything in town because theres SOOOO many guards. :/
BUT there were a few things they did right with this game: desmonds finale was good, the story was cool, haythem was awesome (they personally shouldve kept him as the main character, lol), the hunting mechanic in this game was so much fun, and i liked building my own homestead and exploring the hunting frontier.
Overall 4/10 at best, but Because of the annoying parts of the game, i would recommend the Ezio trilogy instead if you wanna play assassins creed. :) )

You know those games where your the hero and you run through levels, slaughtering monsters and destroying stuff in labratories and dungeons? well, now you get to find out what happens after you've left those maps. In this game your a janitor who spends his time cleaning up body parts, blood splatters, and fixes broken things to clean up those labratories and dungeons for the next hero to come along.
Honestly ive never had so much fun cleaning before... its a very relaxing and enjoyable experience.
highly recommend for anyone wanting to play something chill and calming. :)

great game! lots of fun with friends. You really get to see how good your mates are at lying and worming their way to victory while you play this. kinda eye-opening really :p deffinetly recommend. worth every penny!

9.5/10 Friggen amazing game! i remembered playing this on gamecube 10 years ago.. then i found it on steam, and oh my god, its still soo much fun! the innocence, light puzzles, fun mechanics and incredible collection-based narrative is really well done. deffinetly recommend! (Though as you can see, you can 100% the game in less than 20 hours, so space it out over a week or two for maximum enjoyment) :)

10/10 Ive played skyrim 5 times all the way through now. 900+ hours on xbox, and even playing again on PC the experience is still incredible. Theres so much to do, theres fun and engaging storylines and quests, great dungeons and awesome loot. the skill system and mechanics are even better than its predecesor "Oblivion". Deffinetly one of my favourite games of all time.
This PC playthrough I decided to fully 100% the game (all achievements, every skill to 100, all quests completed..etc) and even with my level of experience playing, it still took 200 hours. That really goes to show you how much stuff there actually is in this game.
10/10 Would always recommend! Cant wait for "ElderScrolls 6: Redfall" :)
