A Frustrating Horror Misstep
Outlast 2 aims for unrelenting terror but stumbles into frustration. Set in a creepy Arizona desert with a disturbing cult, the atmosphere is grimly immersive, and the visuals are hauntingly detailed. But the gameplay feels like a relentless ghost train of cheap jump scares and trial-and-error stealth that wears thin fast. The constant chase sequences, paired with clunky controls and inconsistent enemy AI, make surviving more annoying than scary.
The story, centered on journalist Blake Langermann’s search for his wife, starts intriguing but drowns in vague, convoluted lore that leaves you confused rather than captivated. The camera’s night-vision and battery management, while tense in theory, become tedious chores in overly dark environments. Technical issues like occasional crashes and glitchy navigation persist, feeling unforgivable years after release. Compared to the tighter, more cohesive original, Outlast 2 sacrifices fun for shock value, leaning too hard on gore and unsettling themes without depth.
4/10
—only for hardcore horror fans who can stomach the flaws.

Early Access Review
A Stellar City Driving Sim
The Bus is a love letter to simulation fans, delivering an immersive city bus driving experience in a jaw-dropping 1:1 scale recreation of Berlin. Navigating iconic routes like TXL, 100, and 245 feels authentic, with bustling streets, realistic traffic, and landmarks like the Brandenburg Gate bringing the city to life. The variety of buses—MAN Lion’s City, Scania Citywide, and the new Galaxis Urban—are detailed and handle beautifully, with every button and pothole adding to the realism.
The 2025 Phase 3.0 update introduces a fantastic free multiplayer mode, letting you cruise Berlin with friends, and the economy mode adds depth by letting you build your own bus company. The Unreal Engine 5 visuals are stunning, and modding support via Steam Workshop keeps the content fresh. Despite being in Early Access, the game feels polished, with regular updates promising even more, like AI buses and trams. 8.5/10—a must for sim enthusiasts!

A Renovation Letdown

House Flipper 2 promised a polished upgrade over the original, but in 2025, it falls short of expectations. While the visuals are crisp and Pinnacove’s setting is charming, the core gameplay feels repetitive and lacks depth. The new tools and mechanics, like enhanced painting or building, are clunky at times, with finicky controls that frustrate more than satisfy.
The story mode is painfully short and predictable, with bland client interactions that fail to engage. The Co-op DLC, while a nice idea, suffers from lag and limited functionality, making multiplayer feel tacked-on rather than seamless. Sandbox Mode offers some creative freedom, but the limited furniture options and lack of new content updates make it feel stale compared to mod-heavy competitors.
Performance issues, like occasional crashes and slow loading times, persist even on decent rigs. For a sequel, it feels more like a reskin than a true evolution. 5/10—only for diehard fans of the first game willing to overlook its flaws.

PUBG: Battlegrounds was once the king of battle royale,
but in 2025, it’s a shadow of its former self. The core gameplay—tense, tactical, and unforgiving—still has moments of brilliance, but persistent problems drag it down. Cheating remains rampant, with aimbots and wallhacks ruining matches far too often, despite KRAFTON’s promises of improved anti-cheat measures.
The audio is a mess, with inconsistent cues that make it hard to pinpoint enemies, and server performance feels outdated, with desync and lag spiking at the worst moments. Recent updates, like the destructible terrain and new items, feel like recycled content or gimmicks that don’t address core issues like poor optimization or unbalanced weapons. The shift to free-to-play has flooded lobbies with bots, making victories feel hollow, and the ranked mode is nearly dead, with long queue times.
While the maps are still iconic, the game feels neglected, overshadowed by newer, more polished battle royales. It’s frustrating to love PUBG

Left 4 Dead 2 is a heart-pounding, zombie-blasting masterpiece that never gets old. Valve nailed the co-op experience, throwing you and three friends into a relentless apocalypse filled with infected hordes, spitters, and tanks. The campaigns, from eerie swamps to rain-soaked streets, are packed with replayable chaos, thanks to the AI Director’s knack for keeping every run unpredictable.
The gunplay feels tight, the melee weapons (chainsaw, anyone?) are gloriously brutal, and the teamwork required to survive is unmatched. Whether you’re mowing down zombies with an AK-47 or saving a teammate from a smoker’s grip, every moment is intense. Add in a vibrant modding community, custom maps, and Versus mode for competitive thrills, and you’ve got endless fun.
The characters—Coach, Ellis, Nick, and Rochelle—are iconic, with banter that makes you care about their survival. The soundtrack and creepy ambiance crank up the tension perfectly. L4D2 is a co-op legend that’s as addictive today as it was on release.
Grab your friends, lock and load—10/10!

A Masterpiece of Storytelling and Adventure
From the moment you step into the boots of Geralt of Rivia, The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt grips you with its breathtaking world and unparalleled depth. CD Projekt Red crafted a living, breathing universe where every choice feels impactful, and every side quest is a story worth experiencing. The visuals, even years later, remain stunning, with sprawling landscapes, bustling cities, and haunting forests that pull you in.
The combat is engaging, blending swordplay, magic, and strategy, while the narrative is a masterclass in emotional storytelling—Geralt’s journey to find Ciri is both epic and deeply personal. Add in richly developed characters like Vesemir, Yennefer, and Triss, and you’ve got a cast that feels real. The soundtrack? Pure magic, elevating every moment.
With hundreds of hours of content, including the stellar Hearts of Stone and Blood and Wine expansions, this game is a love letter to RPG fans. Whether you’re slaying monsters, romancing sorceresses, or unraveling political intrigue, The Witcher 3 is an unforgettable journey. 10/10—
play it, live it, love it.

Insurgency: Sandstorm is a heart-pounding FPS where guns sound like thunder and I’m one bad vault from eating dirt. Gunplay’s so slick I feel like a movie star, but my squad’s too busy arguing over who’s the worst sniper. AI’s dumber than a rock, but 9/10—nothing beats clutching a round while my headset’s screaming
‘RELOAD, IDIOT!’"
Short, fun, and captures the game’s vibe! Let me know if you want it tweaked.

The Outlast Trials is like volunteering for a SAW audition while your friends livestream your panic attack. Murkoff’s dystopian daycare throws you into meat-grinder maps—think clown-infested carnivals and orphanages that scream ‘budget cuts’—where Mother Gooseberry’s drill-duck combo is my sleep paralysis demon. Solo, I’m a whimpering mess, panic-throwing bricks at shadows and praying my night vision doesn’t catch a jumpscare. With the squad, it’s unhinged: Steve’s stuck in a trashcan, Lisa’s screaming ‘WHERE’S MY RIG?!’, and I’m sprinting into a trap like it’s Black Friday at Walmart. No guns, just vibes and a PhD in yeeting bottles at juiced-up freaks. AI’s got the IQ of a soggy toaster, and the trials repeat like my uncle’s bad jokes, but man, 9/10. Nothing says friendship like group therapy in a locker

Tactical Thrills in a Vast Open World
Ghost Recon Breakpoint delivers an intense, tactical shooter experience set on the sprawling, high-tech island of Auroa. As a Ghost stranded behind enemy lines, you’ll face off against the rogue Wolves led by the chilling Cole D. Walker (voiced by Jon Bernthal). The open world is breathtaking—lush jungles, snowy peaks, and futuristic bases create a playground for stealth and strategy.
The gameplay shines with its blend of stealth, gunplay, and survival mechanics. Whether you’re sniping from a ridge, infiltrating a compound, or going loud with a squad, the freedom to approach missions your way is exhilarating. Co-op is a blast, and the deep customization—gear, weapons, and skills—lets you craft your perfect Ghost. The visuals are stunning, and the sound design pulls you into the tension. Despite a rocky start, Breakpoint is a gripping tactical adventure that keeps you coming back. 8.5/10—gear up and dive in!
