Got connection error, tried restarting etc

I bought thiss game years ago and uninstalled without ever being able to play. Ubisoft requirres you to do so much nonsense before you can just play. I boughtt the game WHY CAN'T I JUST PLAY IT. asks me to make a ubisoft account then ssays the email is already associaited with an account so i try to reset password...doesn't' work. then tried creating a new account and it still wontt let me get into the game. this is so absuurd and trash i've literally never experienced this withh any ot...

I have the panther class equipped. Without any perks, I have 20 stealth, but I am rank 7. Should I have 40 stealth? What I am asking, is does the rank rewards stack with the class proficiencies? The rank rewards for panther do not include the suppressor damage boost, so how does choosing a class work? Also, the panther class stealth boost is called "In the Shadows," does that mean I only get the stealth boost in the dark (shadows, or at night)? I run on High settings, Everything looks perfect but vegetables looks like in low setting, its happend in both GR Wildland and Breakpoint. anyway to fix it? Im using GTX 1660 6GB
