I woke up one morning and every game is my Steam library had just completely disappeared. I anxiously scoured the community forums in search of help, to see if anyone else had ever had similar issues. When I hovered my mouse over my library I noticed that there was now a single game, so I clicked to investigate. In my library was only Rimworld, already installed - I didn't buy it. I'd never even heard of it before, but there it was...Frustatred and heartbroken over what could potetntially be upwards of $1,000 dollars lost, I thought, hell, may as well check it out. I sat for a moment, just staring at the button, then I took a deep breath and clicked play. Everything in my room starting to become black, I tried to stand but couldn't. I couldn't pull my hand away from the mouse. The room began to violently shake, as if an earthquake were occuring, and all the objects in my room began trembling toward, and then into the television sceen. I pulled with every fiber of my being against this grand and awesome force, but in the end I was too weak. It had won. I found myself in a "place" - without beginning or end. There was no color, no light, no forces - nothing. Nothing except a whisper, not in my ear, for all knowledge and sensation of my form had ceased. The whisper grew to the sounds of one million singing angelic voices. They sang in a tongue I had never heard, yet perfectly understood. They explained to me all the ancient mysteries of existence, and satiated every yearning desire of my soul and condition. Circumventing all my so-called intellect, the core, the foundation of my entity saw without question the "is-ness" of what it to be, to perceive. A spiraling stream of light, like seamless silk enveloped and permeated my projective being and as the simultaneous sensations of warmth and cold became me, I awoke on my bed in my room. I jerked up to see everything as it was before this lucid experience. I woke up my PC and hurried to my library to find all my games were present and accounted for. I sighed a long sigh of relief and then sat, staring to the floor and thinking on what had happened, and what it could mean, if anything at all. I went to the store and bought Rimworld, and since then, I've played it. It is very good, I highly recommend it.
