Game has potential to be pretty good. I mean really it's like Ark but less deep (for now) but with amusing interactions with your pals. Good times penguin rocket launcher. Nothing like pokemon really other than capturing and fighting things to level them up. Will be interesting to see how and if this develops much further as it does have some flaws.
Holding F to do 'work' isn't fun. Lots of standing around holding F.
Having pals go around doing jobs in the base is awesome, I love that and the way you can use bosses and luckies etc. The building is a bit basic and I didnt really see why you really need a base, all the raids so far have been trivial as my Pals destroy everything once its in range.
I havent tried PVP or anything like that as I imagine playing this game with randomers would be griefy

Best western shooter on steam....and it's free. What's not to like?

Brilliant rogue like action dungeon crawler.
The game just throws you in it with no explanation, but the more you play you realise the deeper it gets and the more there is going on.
The mechanics are really great and add so much replayability as theres so many different combinations and builds you can do, the same with choosing your perks at the holy mountains.
Just play it, and keep playing it, it gets better and better.

Its hard as heck though, be prepared to die A LOT. Its all part of the journey, you'll learn something new or unlock something every run, which then becomes available for future runs

Free to play Diablo inspired loot grinding game
Good fun with an immersive level up 'sphere grid' which reminds me of final fantasy X which is a personal favorite

Great game and microtransactions are not forced down your neck

Guns have no recoil and may aswell be fired in one hand from the hip and bracing only makes it more difficult to reload
for some reason when I turn my head my body rotates so to grab my gun I have to chase it or blindly grab at my torso which doesnt work half the time. Magazines are inside my torso so I have to really punch myself in the gut to reach them.
You can't move in a lot of the levels you're stuck on the spot, which if theres multiple players with you can be a bit weirdly cramped. Ejecting a mag using the A button makes the mag slide out weirdly slowly and it isnt really affected by physics, ie you cant shake it out or flick it out faster.

For a game mostly about standing and shooting at things coming towards you not a lot of work has been put into the shooting and VR mechanics it feels like. It could be a fun game and I found myself sinking an hour into it earning enough cash for a decent weapon which was cool, but you can literally hold the AK in one hand and fire it using the tracers to aim and holding a clip in your right hand to reload faster, theres no need to brace your guns at all.

The devs need to look at H3G and the like to better refine their game, but it could be built on an outdated engine and limited, I dunno.

It has potential but for a 3 year old game i'm guessing it won't be able to address these inherent flaws.
Might play it again for a bit at some point, but probably not.

Oh and instead of there being a full auto sound for the guns the single fire gunshot is repeated very quickly which just sounds terrible. Also the heavy fog and lighting isn't great, looks quite dated.

Better than oculus

Like Spelunky 1, but better...and harder.
10/10 would mole again.

Multiplayer isn't in yet, but you can play via remote play together if you have a stable connection.

Basically the perfect game
Relentless and and cut-throat.

Rust is a game where you go from being a naked on a beach to an armed to the teeth bandit causing terror on the local neighbours. It has all the makings of a great survival game:
Hunger/thirst
Building, gathering
Combat, PVP, diverse weapons and ammo
Advancement (blueprints make it RPG like)
Time passers (guitar, paintings)
WIREMOD (electricity)

This game is hard and satisfying. People will kill you for nothing and I love it.
