Post Game Review ~ 100 Hours Voyage

Pros:
++ Story. Even though it's more pirate RPG than what players may expect from an AC game, the story is no less incredible. It touches painful experiences and gives many moments to smile, laugh, or feel sorrow.

++ Stability. I know some players are having issues, but for me, I have had ZERO crashes, stuttering, or technical problems. The game handles just fine on my machine and play has been smooth.

++ Graphics. This game is gorgeous. I constantly want to spam the screenshot button because of the detail to terrain and how beautiful the under water world is while diving.

++ Combat. It is the typical AC combat but the response times are quick and smooth. It's actually fun to experience the combat in this game.

++ Atmosphere. The story is great, the mood is perfect, the world within this game is gorgeous.

++ Music. Beautiful that shifts well between relaxing, adventurous, and that combat feeling.

++ Gameplay. The game handles well and the controls are smooth. I expected a much rougher experience but the gameplay is fun and not at all tedious.

Cons:
-- Ubisoft Connect Launcher. I get why companies use their own launcher, but UBC is down right obnoxious. I wish there was a way to disable that thing.

TLDR:
This is one of the best remakes I have had the pleasure to play. It is a master piece built upon an already masterfully crafted game. I can say beyond a doubt that I recommend it, as it has been one of the greatest +100 hour journeys that I have had in a game.

Warhammer 40,000: Darktide has been a positive surprise in newer games. Every mission has been far more fun and challenging than expected.

Pros
++ Gameplay. All mechanics behind a co-op, first-person horde shooter go well together. It has intense combat, quirky moments, and plenty of challenging situations that keep players excited to play.

++ Graphics & Atmosphere. This game is dark, creepy, and gory with beautiful graphics. The detailed textures on everything from the terrain to gear and weapons help pull the player into a violent yet fun immersive game.

++ Stability. I'm well beyond the "point of no return" and I've only had a problem with connectivity on one instance. Other than that one instance, every mission has been smooth with no lag, stuttering, or disconnects.

++ Content. I first stayed away from this game because I erroneously informed that it "lacked content." It has plenty to do, with a fun campaign mode plus special missions and other combat modes on the side.

++ Combat. Combat in these types of game can be hit or miss but Darktide has hit a home run. It is challenging and brutal at times, but the weapons usually sound and feel just right. Transitioning between weapons is also smooth and without issues.

++ Community. So far, the community has been a lot of fun. Obviously there are some bad apples out there, but I have yet to add somebody to my block list or report any players. Most have been very friendly and nearly everyone is patient and eager to help.

Cons
-- No Offline/Single Player Mode. As fun as the co-op is, I find myself wishing there was a single player campaign.

-- Limited Mods & No Official Support. Unfortunately, due the very nature of this being an always online, co-op game, the type of mods are very limited.
