I knew as soon as team17 purchased HLL that it would begin the downfall of this amazing game. What an absolute shame to see such a masterpiece destroyed.

Who would have thought that driving a truck for hours would be fun?

My original review from 4 years ago (see below) still holds true with this game. This dev team is second to none. They have provided my friends and I with hundreds of hours of fun and seeing this game hit full release 1.0 is such a heartwarming thing to witness. Genuinely happy for these devs for a much deserved well received launch. Here's to many more hours turning a beautiful landscape into a dystopian conveyor hellscape.

I've got a bit of time with this game on Epic. Please, support games like this. Don't listen to people whining about this and that. This is an already fantastic game. It runs smooth, there's a ton of content, and the gameplay is a blast. Seriously, buy it, play it, enjoy it. Endless fun.

The amount of hackers is insane. Absolutely insane. It's a shame, really.

Online is riddled with hackers. Save yourself the frustration, it's just not worth it.

I had never played any detective/mystery games until LA NOIRE. Upon playing that game, it left me wondering if there were any other games that had that kind of fun and sheer ability to make me lose myself in it for hours. I spotted this game and bought it on sale for $15.

Let me start off by saying, this game is EXCELLENT. I lost myself in cases and clues and character personalities. It draws you in to a point that you don't want to quit playing. (My wife can attest to this). If you are on the fence about purchasing this game, don't be. Buy it now while it's on sale. If you miss the sale, it's well worth full price. Seriously the most fun I've had with a game in a while. It'll make you use your brain, but the cases aren't impossible.

Edit: 13 Hours in and I completed the game. Still reccomend it. One of my favorite games of all time. Just wish there were more cases.

I wanted to like it, I really did. And what I did get to play of it, I loved! But once I passed the first mission, the game would crash. Every. Time. Literally unplayable. Glad I didn't have much time in the game and was able to get a refund.
