If you want to get into Fallout, the only argument I can think of against starting with New Vegas is that it's all downhill from here

Got this on sale based solely on high praise my friends were giving to the singleplayer campaign and it was absolutely worth it. Incredibly well crafted shooter, I only wish it was longer/a more central focus. The multiplayer that I've played is also rather fun using a lot of the same mechanics that I enjoyed from the singleplayer, but whatever you do don't skip the campaign. It's a real gem

Did I come here because of an Aussie with a passion for nuggets, drums, cars, and the Simpsons? Yes. However this is actually quite a fun and chaotic game. It runs really well and is a great choice as something to play if you only want to do something for a little while. It's like Crazy Taxi meets Snake and it can be delightfully silly once you get long enough

Solo it's alright but PVP is pretty much a death sentence. But I really do like playing pirates with my friends. Also the water is probably the some of the prettiest looking water in any video game. And the tall tales are pretty fun!

Fun and cute, but short. The gameplay is satisfying, the graphics are stylized in an appealing way, and the dialogue is fun. I'd suggest getting it, but maybe wait for a sale if you don't want to spend that much on three hours of quite enjoyable gameplay

It sure is Portal with RTX. The lighting is mechanically nice but clearly not made with the game's original lighting fully in mind, leaving some areas looking much flatter and others more difficult to read where the player is supposed to go next. There are also new textures and models for some assets, which range from neat to unnecessary to occasionally detrimental. Particularly in the late game, the lighting in conjunction with some of the new textures can make it difficult to read which surfaces are portalable or not. This isn't an issue for someone that's played Portal before, but I wouldn't recommend this to be someone's first playthrough.

That said, this is a very neat showcase of the upcoming RTX Remix tool. While I can't say I'm thrilled by how well this game runs, it is still quite impressive that a soon to be publicly available tool can alter a game's graphics like this. I hope that issues of performance can be tackled by others that use it for other purposes, and that when deployed as a modding tool creators can utilize it to more effectively capture the original intent of the lighting for the game.

Overall, as a remaster of Portal it's okay. Looks cool in some places, but with some significant issues. But that's not the main purpose of this release: this is a demonstration of RTX Remix's capabilities. And in that regard, it seems pretty neat.

Noita is a game of secrets and easter eggs wrapped up in a fascinating physics engine that keeps the game engaging for ages. While it does have its fair share of ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ deaths as a result, it also makes the game so rewarding when you get powerful enough. Definitely recommend it!

Fantastic game! I've already played the game three times on PS4, and it runs great on PC! Picked up a Dualsense explicitly for this game, and while not mandatory it's definitely a plus. Keep these PS ports running, I know Miles Morales is already coming to PC as well, and I'd love to see Spider-Man 2 come closer to the PS launch!

All that said, for the game itself, you've got tight, fluid gameplay, fun dialogue, and an engaging story. Clearly a game made by people who really love Spider-Man, and it's all the better for it! A must have game imo, and I'm so glad to see it on PC!!

Edit: Still a fantastic game, but now I've 100%ed it. Of note that the PC version has a modding community that's great and growing, and this version also runs great on Steam Deck if you happen to have one of those!

A fun game that I had a very good time with, Maize feels very much like a point-and-click adventure/puzzle game from the 90s brought into 3D, with a charming and goofy sense of humor, seen throughout the story, dialogue, and collectibles. I got it a while back from a Humble Bundle, and I'm glad to have played it, though I doubt I would have spent the full 20 bucks on it. However, if you can snag it on sale, I would definitely recommend that you do so!
