From its dark, emotionally gripping story to its incredibly well-written characters, this game had me completely hooked from start to finish. Velvet Crowe is one of the most compelling protagonists in gaming—her journey from vengeance to redemption is raw, powerful, and unforgettable. The combat system is fast, fluid, and deeply satisfying, blending classic *Tales* mechanics with fresh twists that keep battles exciting for dozens of hours. The soundtrack is breathtaking, the voice acting is stellar, and the world is rich with lore and side content. While the dungeon design can feel a bit dated, everything else—the story, characters, and emotional payoff—more than makes up for it. If you love JRPGs with deep narratives and unforgettable characters, *Tales of Berseria* is an absolute MUST-PLAY. I haven’t been this emotionally invested in a game in years!
