The hardest part of being an aging gamer is watching the once vibrant blue and green illuminated text—signs of activity—fade to gray as the counter begins. Each tick of the counter leaves you wondering what became of that individual. I hold memories of incredible times and the deep connections we forged. I never thought my friends list would come to feel like a graveyard—one I visit often, mourning much.
